I had the pleasure of shooting an engagement session at Kensington Metro Park with Bre and Chad recently, and it was such a special and beautiful experience. The park's lush greenery and picturesque fields provided the perfect backdrop for capturing the love and excitement of this adorable couple.

One of my unforgettable memories from this session was when we traipsed through the wrong field and Bre got a tick on her...she handled it like an absolute champ while Chad and I literally felt things crawling on us that weren't there and were paranoid the rest of the session! Even after that, I had the two of them cuddle in a field (while keeping an eagle eye out for anything moving around them...). As they cuddled up close, I couldn't help but snap a few candid shots of them gazing into each other's eyes with adoration. It was so sweet and romantic, and I just knew those photos were going to be special. It was so much fun to capture their playful and romantic sides, and it's these types of candid, spontaneous moments that really make engagement sessions so unique and special.

This session at Kensington Metro Park was a beautiful and memorable experience, filled with love, laughter, and the stunning natural beauty of Michigan. We ended our night at a local ice cream shop and I got the most delicious lavender honey ice cream while capturing these two sharing a sweet moment...yes pun intended. I'm so grateful to have been able to capture these special memories for this wonderful couple, and I can't wait to see what their wedding brings!
